3. Special notes (if any, e.g. extra bed, estimated arrival time, early-check in requests, etc…)

If the room(s) you wish to book is not listed in the table, you can book directly with the resort/other platforms and note that you are our wedding guests.

Notes:

- Room rates are quoted in VND based on per night stay

Above rates are not inclusive of 5% service charge & 10% VAT

- Maximum room occupancy is 2 persons and 1 person sleeping in an extra bed. An additional child below 6 years of age if sleeping in existing bedding is allowed to stay and no charge for breakfast and meal plan is applied.

- Only one(1) extra bed is allowed per room category. There is no surcharge for accommodation for children under 6 years old if sharing the same existing bedding

- Extra bed includes breakfast and available upon request with surcharge

- Requests for earlier check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and subject to availability

- Early departure and shorten stay are subjected to full charge

- Postponement or changes of date are considered as cancellation
